Project Description

The second phase of this project includes the replacement of undersized culverts at Incline Way for both Third Creek and Incline Creek. Previous projects restored sections of Incline and Third Creek between Incline Way and Lakeshore Drive. This phase also includes completion of design of the culvert on Incline Creek at Lakeshore Boulevard.
