Overview

Basics
Project addresses SR28 Corridor Management Plan and Transit Master Plan for East Shore and long term inter-regional transit. Mobility Hub location is yet to be determined. A protective acquisition of available public property is proposed at Southwood Blvd and Tahoe Blvd in Incline Village, Nevada. Formal site alternatives analysis follows to determine the final project site location. Washoe County and TTD will work with the community on the planning of the hub to identify and address local and regional transportation needs. Project planning, environmental analysis, permitting, and potential site demolition follows final site selection.
