The Community Service Area (CSA) # 5 Erosion Control Project includes the developed portions of the Tahoe Cedars subdivision southwest of Highway 89 between the El Dorado County Line and Poplar Street. The goal of the Project is to reduce the concentration of fine sediment in the storm water which exits the Project area before reaching Lake Tahoe. The Project was split into multiple phases. This Project represents Phases 1 and 2 which are now complete. The final phase (Phase 3) is listed as a separate project.
