Notes

Notes
12/12/2023 4:07 PM Judy Weber City: hired a contractor to excavate and rehabilitate a key wetland treatment basin, rented a mini excavator to clean ditches and basins, and purchased biodegradable erosion control blanket and native seed once ground disturbance was completed, totaling $45k
12/11/2023 3:49 PM Judy Weber Removed from project description: If these costs are tracked as part of other maintenance, such as roadway maintenance, implementers should record $0 for this project and make a notation in the notes field of this project and the notes field of the larger maintenance project, providing as much detail as possible about expenditures related to stormwater treatment operations and maintenance. Estimates are fine.
03/06/2019 10:09 AM Beth Vollmer Added expenditure of $90,000 of TRPA Operations and Maintenance Mitigation Funds to 2017 for adaptive management work to resolve roadside shoulder flooding and a sediment tracking issue closely related to work done in Sierra Tract Erosion Control Project Phase 1 01.01.01.0007
11/04/2015 4:35 PM Jason Burke Stormwater Treatment Facilities Maintenance activities include maintenance of facilities constructed before the TMDL baseline year (2004). These pre-2004 facilities are not eligible for TMDL Lake Clarity Credits and do not have modeled load reductions (FSP, N and P) associated with them that can be easily quantified. However, these facilities (Wildwood ECP, Stateline ECP, Upper and Lower Park basins, and others) represent a significant investment and ensuring their long-term function is an important component of the City's stormwater treatment facilities operations and maintenance program (non-transit related).
