Project Description

The Golden Bear subdivision was constructed with conveyance systems in the County right-of-way, including curb and gutter, drainage inlets, and underground storm drain pipe. These systems were designed to convey, but not to treat the storm water. The main goal of the Project is to reduce the very fine and fine sediment from the Montgomery Estates Unit No. 7 subdivision which will improve the clarity of Lake Tahoe.
