12/23/2019 11:27 AM Ben Jesch 2019 reporting includes Performance Measures and Expenditures from 10/1/18 thru 9/30/19. In 2019, Washoe County implemented new asset management software and costs were generated from the new system. The updated costs are based on the asset hourly cost, which is calculated based on previous years Total Cost of Ownership and hours used. The County will continue to update and revise cost data as the system and processes mature and evolve. (The previous multiplier, $340/ hour, is no longer being used).

Streets & Road Ops Expenditures are estimated at 90% of total (10% for Bike & Ped Path Sweeping). Note that Indirect Cost Rate (CoCAP) decreased to 16.01% for 2019.

12/18/2015 11:31 AM Ben Jesch If hours of sweeping were available, the multiplier is $340/hr. which includes all costs (operator costs and benefits, sweeper, fuel, O&M, depreciation, hauling materials to dump, overhead). If hours are not available, estimates are provided.

Years 2009 to 2013 are estimates based on the actual data from one sweeper and estimated data for others sweeper that were used in the basin.
