Untreated or under-treated stormwater was being directly discharged to the Lake. Stormwater infrastructure was installed along the US-50 in the NDOT right-of-way and within the Pittman Terrace neighborhood to treat stormwater runoff prior to discharge to the lake. 560 linear feet of infiltration ditch and 290 linear feet of underground infiltration galleries were installed to capture and infiltrate stormwater. The NDOT US-50 catchment was considered a high priority catchment due to its being a high pollutant loading and directly connected catchment in a highly constrained area. Project is registered in the LT Info Stormwater Tools and has the potential to garner NDOT 8 Lake Clarity Credits.
