Stabilize roadside shoulders as a means of sediment source control to protect the newly constructed Bijou ECP Phase 1 infiltration basins. Provide distributed infiltration as a form of hydrologic source control, acquire easements and install overflow conveyances where localized flooding results in excessive sediment tracking onto City road network, in order to improve roadway sweeping effectiveness and source control.

| 01/15/2026 1:02 PM | Brianna Greenlaw | When Walkup Road was paved as part of the 2025 Road Rehabilitation Program, portions of the road grades were changed to assist with drainage. Rock-lined ditch was partially modified. Existing culverts that were experiencing failure were replaced in the road rehabilitation area, but no significant storm drain improvements to mitigate funding were able to be installed due to lack of funding. | ||
