Notes

Notes
12/12/2016 2:54 PM Lucia Maloney This project is no longer viable because we have moved the free-to-the-user transit project into the medium term, constrained list. This existing project will not be implemented because it would be a waste of funds to upgrade a system that will be unnecessary in the relatively near term.
