The project makes improvements to the existing T intersection at Highway 50 and State Route 89 in Meyers. The purpose of the project is to improve safety by reducing the number and severity of collisions at the intersection, improve air quality by improving walkability, reducing vehicle idling times and improving traffic flow, and improve recreation access by providing safer crossings of U.S. Highway 50 for pedestrians, connecting pathways on one side of the highway with recreation areas on the other. Near Meyers, at Route 89 South. Construct roundabout. EA 4F840
