Basics
Mobility hubs are places of connectivity where different modes of transportation come together seamlessly. Operations and maintenance of 1 transit center or mobility hub would include the following itemized costs: Custodial = $30,000, Snow Removal = $39,000, Grounds Cleaning & Trash = $20,000, HVAC, Plumbing & other electrical = $20,000, Utilities = $10,000, Repairs = $6000 totaling $125,000. There are 17 transit centers and mobility hubs proposed in the Long Range Transit Master Plan. The LTCC site is complete and Tahoe Mobility Hub - Washoe County is under 03.02.01.0021. The Y-Mobility Hub project is under 03.02.01.0062.
