Mobility hubs are places of connectivity where different modes of transportation – from walking to rapid transit – come together seamlessly and where there is an intensive concentration of working, living, shopping and/or playing. This project would include the construction of 9 mobility hubs or transit centers in various locations around and near the region. The Tahoe Mobility Hub, in Incline Village - Washoe County project is listed as EIP project 03.02.01.0021 and the Lake Tahoe Mobility Hub is complete. 11/30/2022 1:35 PM Judy Weber FYI. Y-Mobility Hub is listed under EIP 03.02.01.0062 at $24,000,000. It appears the Y Hub is not included in this project.
02/01/2022 11:19 AM Judy Weber Updated estimated project cost to $25,045,000. The 2020 RTP Mobility Hub project cost is listed as $33,545,000. Tahoe Mobility Hub - Washoe County $8.5M is included in this total and is a separate project under TTD - EIP #03.02.01.0021. Reduced the $8.5M from the $33,545,000 total.
12/20/2019 5:12 PM Judy Weber 12/20/19 - We will continue to reduce scope and budget as more transit hubs are developed.

11/11/2018 9:55 AM Morgan Beryl As the Incline an LTTC mobility hubs come closer to construction, we should reduce the unfunded need and the number of mobility hubs to be constructed in this project.
