01/15/2021 4:04 PM | Jeanne McNamara | As of 1/14/2021 the spreadsheet that tracks this coverage retirement does not show any projects that proposed retiring coverage had a security return and final inspection which is at the point the spreadsheet would verify the retirement. Work on permit out-take of files is behind due to the TRPA offices being closed since March. There may be updates for 2020 that will be reporting during the 2021 reporting season. | ||
02/12/2019 3:06 PM | Jeanne McNamara | The amount of coverage retired comes from development permits (non-EIP) on private properties. Most of the coverage retired is from relocating coverage in SEZ which requires it to be relocated at a rate of 1:1.5 sf thus retiring coverage. Note that private projects that meet scenic quality standards is tracked under separate projects and is not reported here. |
