Cost estimates indicate that the improvements will exceed funding by approx. $2.2M. Therefore, Washoe County is proposing a second phase of the project and will seek additional funding to construct remaining infrastructure, as well as associated design and construction management costs. This project is Washoe County's highest priority for LTRA funding. |
