10/30/2019 8:20 AM Joan Davis All work will be within Caltrans right of way, including staging areas. The existing employee house was built in 1953 and has become functionally obsolete due to the poor condition. There is a need to improve the structural safety, functional capacity, and operational efficiency of the structure.
