This determines whether long-term changes in the nearshore fishery can be created using traditional indicators such as density, composition, body condition, and growth rate; whether mid-term changes can be determined by assessing changes in spawning habitat; and whether two thresholds (trophic niche and ultraviolet light attenuation) can be utilized to determine short-term changes in the nearshore fishery.
