Overview

Basics

Basics
The Lake Tahoe Watercraft Inspection Program has proven extremely effective, and serves as a national model. The use of temporary stations at off-highway locations has been effective, but permanent stations will allow for more efficient operations and inclusion of other Regional priorities such as a transit stop and affordable employee housing. In 2022, a conceptual site plan was produced at a CTC Asset Land site located in Meyers.
