10/25/2021 10:23 AM | Jim Marino | Note: Currently the City is proposing the purchase of one (1) Elgin model sweeper (diesel engine), but the City is also exploring the option of purchasing one (1) fully electric sweeper. The City is in the process of trying to get an onsite demonstration of the EV model in October 2021. If the EV is a viable option, the City may choose to purchase the first EV sweeper in the basin. Note: Costs submitted herein are for a Diesel powered sweeper and the funding targets may change if an EV model is selected for purchase. |
