Cooperative project with Sierra State Parks Foundation- The existing visitor center is not ADA Accessible, was not designed as a visitor center, and needs major modification to this historic building, and major redesign of educational and interpretive elements. Connected historic water tank element is falling apart and requires major work for stabilization to maintain this important element of the story of the Ehrman Mansion and early Lake Tahoe settlement.
