Ski Run Community Park is South Lake Tahoe’s newest playground and community gathering space. The park is an example of what the community can accomplish to achieve a common goal to make Tahoe’s outdoor equitable for all.
The Park includes an iconic 20-foot-tall rope climbing structure, accessible swing, hill slide, ski chair park benches donated by Heavenly Mountain Resort, play lawn, giant picnic table, and climbing boulder. The entire park was designed with accessibility in mind including an ADA parking space, accessible features, and bi-lingual signage.
Ski Run Park opened in August 2024.
