The current Sand Harbor layout was designed in 1970 and improperly designed for the current visitation. This project will update the 1990 master plan for the park and create a sustainable vision for the future of Sand Harbor. The master plan will then be implemented in a series of EIP projects to improve traffic flow, recreation experience, and sustainability of the site.
