Overview

Basics

Basics
The Spooner Lake Front Country Phase III project includes a new lake viewing platform and a non-motorized boat launch to provide high quality visitor services at Spooner Lake in Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park. The Non-Motorized Boat Launch will be a concrete ramp that begins above the high-water mark and curves into the lake following the natural contour of the lake bottom. The Lake Viewing Platform is an elevated walkway leading to a square or rectangular platform with benches, supported by piers.
