Basics
Update 2008/2009 drainage master plan to assess all areas of the City with lacking drainage infrastructure. Prioritize utilizing publicly owned parcels to install stormwater treatment basins and generate 30% design plans. Prioritize hydrologically connected areas with high pollutant loads for project planning and implementation.
