05/13/2020 12:16 PM Judy Weber 5/12/20 Toll Credits available for match were approved by TMPO to new appropriation of CMAQ to supplement CON budget. For budget purposes the toll credits are NOT shown in the Tracker. Since the toll credits only satisfy the 11.47% match requirement and not added to the budget as available balance for expenses, the City accounts for the toll credits as follows:

$263,580 total = $49,550 (CMAQ) + $214,030 (ATP)

Also, the Local funding contributions shown in EIP Tracker only account for the CASH that CSLT contributed to the project. A portion of Measure S funds was used as cash to pay the 11.47% match on invoices reimbursed by Caltrans at 88.53 reimbusement rate for STBG funds. While the use of Toll Credits were approved by TMPO for ATP grants,

In kind local match in total of 83,000 was committed to by City in the grant application and was basis of approval of ATP grant of 2,145,000. The in-kind amounts are NOT included in the EIP tracker for Construction at the direction of Judy Weber.
01/15/2020 4:42 PM Chuck Taylor 1-10-2020 e76 for Construction phase approved. Toll Credits will be used for local match to ATP funding and Measure S funds will be used as Local Cash match for STBG federal grant match of 11.47%. Local funding entries in budget line items include "in-kind" match for staff time expended on various phases.
01/09/2019 1:32 PM Chuck Taylor July 2018 CEQA and NEPA documents completed. 12-14-18 e76 Authorization for PS&E phase approved.
01/16/2018 11:33 AM Chuck Taylor 7/5/17 Al Tahoe Blvd Pilot Project Re-Striping implemented. 4 through travel lanes reduced to 2 through travel lanes with buffered bike lanes to utilize extra pavement width. Public input solicited from community through PSA Tahoe Daily Tribune and City public information officer resulted in positive feedback. Bike lanes became immediately available for use and allowed public to adjust to new lane configuration with only the cost of traffic marking paint while inviting public comment on the changes. Chuck Taylor, PM.
11/30/2016 2:30 PM Jim Marino Jim M. 11-30-2016 - Per Caltrans DLAE Harminder Basi, City's match portion ($27k) will be utilized for PE phase. The remaining match ($56k) will be utilized in the Con phase along with Toll Credits. The application of Toll Credits will occur when City submits RFA for Construction Phase.
