Overview

Basics

Basics
This project is the proposed 0.5 miles of Class I bike trail from Fanny Bridge/Dam through central Tahoe City to connect with the Commons Beach boardwalk trail. For funding and implementation management, Placer County has split apart the "Tahoe City Complete Streets & Highway Improvements" (EIP # 03.02.01.0024) into two separate, distinct projects. The reason for the split is due to local funding and accounting of grant money. Additionally, the two components of the originally-proposed project have separate timelines.
